Our coordinate measuring machine, with a five axis probe, is capable of scanning complex contours, which can then be compared to the CAD drawings that are produced by our engineers.  The machine is located in a dust free, temperature controlled room to ensure quality results.  The CMM's large working envelope allows us to inspect small tool components, complete tool assemblies, as well as large forge machine components.
